Job Description

  • Preparation of Financial Statement as per IAS, BAS & GAAP and control over the movement.
  • Prepare monthly Bank & Customer/Guest Reconciliation Statement.  
  • Prepare operational budget for annually.
  • Ensure VAT, Taxation and other Govt. legislation type works are properly done in a timely manner.
  • Comply with all corporate accounting procedure.
  • To ensure hotel operation complied with the hotel management agreement and the local statutory / Fiscal requirements.
  • To check night audit report, product wise revenue.
  • To check debtor and creditor list and maintain party ledger.
  • To prepare monthly comparative expenditure and income statements.
  • Maintain Inventory Control System.
  • Coordinate and meet the audit requirements from both external & internal.
  • Work as per annual budget and capital expenditure plans.
  • Achieve budget revenue and profit goals, balancing cost with guest satisfaction.
  • Keep records of transaction and preparation of all kinds of vouchers in software processes on a regular basis.
  • Ensure transactions are properly recorded in a timely manner.
  • Assist the Supervisor and the Board Treasurer with financial reporting as required at Board meetings and the Annual General Meetings and provide advice to support the decision making process.
  • Oversee all accounting functions, including, but not limited to, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Petty Cash, and Payroll an ordering procedure.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or reporting authorities.
